Traits of a Great Tester....

How to Spot a Passionate Tester...?
Well Some of the Characteristics that are Common with all of The Crazy yet Great,Passionate Testers are:-

1. Curiosity - I am keeping this Trait at No.1 Position because this is the most common and Powerful attribute of a Passionate Tester.

A Good Tester  remains inquisitive during his/her whole life.

Inquisitiveness leads to Questions and Answers to such Questions leads to more and more Questions, leading to trail of Questions.

2. Creativity-A Good Tester will always be Creative, Creativity is used as Broad Term as Tester has to mimic the Behavior of different Users.

He/she should be good in creating Test Cases,Test Scenarios.
Out of Box Thinking leads them to find out Big Bugs in products.
Well creative Mind Is a plus in Creating positive and negative Scenarios.
Tester have to be Creative as they have to think beyond the Scope of Users and Scope Of applications.

3. Ambitious- Keep reminding yourself what your goal is (or goals are).

If you want to be a good tester you need to think about the things that need improvement and work on them, as well as the areas to continue doing well.
"I'm tough, ambitious, and I know exactly what I want. If that makes me a bitch, okay." Madonna.

4.Perfectionist- This is one of my  Most liked Trait among all Traits of a Great Tester.
Being Perfectionist +Tester is most outcome combination of A software Tester.
A Perfectionist want everything to be perfect and focus on each single issue whether its a trivial or a Critical Defect, no matter if its Requirement or an Improvement.

5.Find fault with things – And good software testers, like good copy editors in the journalism world, have the ability find fault with things and improve them. They have eagle eyes that enable them to see things that regular people do not. And to leave those things unfixed is hard for them to understand
