Tester VS Developer....3 2 1 Fight.......!!

Hi Reader,
Well we all know the kind of Relation Testers and Devs share. The Most Common Fights The Testers and Devs fight is for Bugs.
Tester Keeps on Proving the Defect and Dev share the same old story "How is This a bug....?" .
O Common "This cant be a bug this is a Functionality,This is the Requirement" Bla.. Bla...

Glimpse of The Most Common conversation between "Developer and Tester"

DEV: You raised a Defect.......?

TESTER: Ya I raise many Defects daily.Its part of my Job.........^__^. Which one you are talking about....?

DEV: The one you have assigned to me.

TESTER: May I know the ID pls.........?

DEV: I dont Remember the ID. You pls Check.

TESTER: Okieee tell me The ID.

DEV: DEFECT ID: XXXXXX.

TESTER: Ya this is a Major Defect. Did u try To Reproduce it on your Enviornment.

DEV: Can u Pls Reproduce it on your Enviornment and show me what's the Error.........?

TESTER: Reproducing the Error and Showing to DEV. (with big Smile on his/her face See this is the Error......:)

DEV: Hey this is not the Defect.......How can it be a Defect.....?

TESTER: Well I think if u have any comments.You can log it in Defect Management Tool.

DEV: I think We can have discussion with BA,Dev Managers.

Now TESTER,DEV Manager,DEV,BA all sitting in meeting and discussing over the Bug.

Tester is trying best to prove its a valid bug.
DEV and Dev Manager sticking to there points this is not a defect.

Note: Here no one is focusing on the Goals of the Software.
Everyone is trying to prove himself correct and put blame on others.
Even Experience guys do forget the motive and aim of the Software team.
AIM should be to work together in a team to Provide value to Customers.

I know its human tendency not to accept own mistakes.

But the Only solution is that Tester And Dev should respect each other Roles and Responsibilities.

Like Dev Develop and Write Code.
We(Testers) also spend our hours planning and Imitating the Behavior of "Thousands of End Users".
Tester Keeps on Testing the application till the Time It Passes Exit Criteria and Application is well Polished to Shine in Market.

"Ultimately its the Tester who gives the Direction to the Software To bring into Quality"--> 
Tester is more like a Music Director giving Directions to musicians how to Play Instruments at which nodes and with which decimal value So that it sounds good to Listeners.
